Delivery

We will only deliver products to UK addresses. We do not ship internationally.

Made-to-order dried flower items require time to design and package and are despatched no later than 1 week of the date you placed your order. Jigsaw puzzles, notecards, pre-made dried flower items and single-variety flower bunches are despatched promptly unless otherwise noted.

You can choose whether to have your items sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class or 24 Hour Tracked service when you check out. Postage costs are listed in item descriptions on each product page. Smaller items such as wreaths, strawflower heads, jigsaws and small bouquets and bunches cost £3 for 2nd Class postage and £4.50 for 24h postage. Larger items including gift bouquets and long-stemmed bunches cost £5 for 2nd Class postage and £6.50 for 24h postage. These are flat rates up to a certain weight, so you are able to order multiple items but stay within the same shipping cost.

However, orders for multiple large bunches which take up a lot of volume (such as statice) will be shipped by ParcelForce and you can choose between 48h service (£8.50) or 24h service (£9.50).

Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery usually takes 2-3 days and 24h Tracked usually takes 1 day, but this ultimately depends on Royal Mail. You can find more information at Royal Mail’s Service Updates page.

Packaging

To keep Harebell & Bee environmentally sustainable, I will sometimes re-use boxes for shipping items from my online shop. The cushioning around your items inside the outer packaging will always be paper packaging made from recycled materials.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for non-personalised items from the time the order is placed up to 14 calendar days after you receive the items.

You can cancel an order for a personalised item if I have not yet started working on it.

To cancel an order, please make a clear statement of cancellation by email or posted letter including your order number, full name, address and contact phone number.

If you cancel an order for non-personalised items after they’ve been delivered, please return them to me, at your own cost, within 14 days of cancellation. I will refund you will payments received for the purchase. If there has been any loss of value of the item(s) due to unnecessary handling by you, this will be deducted from your refund. 

Refunds will be made as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days after I receive the returned item(s); or if you cancelled your order before items were shipped, no later than 14 days after the day you informed me of your decision to cancel the order.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving the item to let me know you intend to return it and the reason for the return. You then have up to 14 days (from the date you contacted me about making a return) to return the item to me.

Refunds will be made as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days after I receive the returned item(s).

If your item has been damaged in transit, or you believe the item to be defective, please photograph the damage to, or problem with, the item and contact me within 14 days.
